Please note that the production time of some of our hats can take up to  6 weeks before delivery. In this process we try our absolute best to assure that you receive the hat of your dreams. All hats are made to order therefore there are no money refunds. However, if you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, we will accept exchanges if requested 7 days after receiving the item. The return of items must be in new, unused condition, with original tags attached and all original packaging and other components included, when accompanied by an invoice or gift receipt. Returned items must not be washed, worn or altered in any way.
If item is custom made or purchased during a sale, the sale is final.

 

To return or exchange by mail, please follow these instructions: (if including returns slip)

 

  1. Complete the required information on the packing slip included with your package.
  2. Securely pack your merchandise, making sure to include all pages of the packing slip. Please try to use the original shipping box and materials.
  3. Shipping costs must be paid for by the customer for all return or exchange items unless the reason for the return/exchange is due to a product that is defective/damaged upon receipt.

 

We are not responsible for lost or stolen return/exchange packages. Please use a mail carrier with package insurance and tracking.
Orders placed outside the United States may accrue taxes and duties, the customer is responsible for these charges.
We do will not cover the cost of the taxes and duties nor are we responsible for the cost if the customer refuses the package.
